Kamondi Anita, a Magyar Neurofiziológiai Társaság elnöke továbbítja az IFCN-AANEM Alapítvány felhívását ösztöndíj kérésére a San Antonioban rendezendő elektrofiziológiai kongresszusi részvétel támogatása céljából:
"The International Federation of Clinical Neurophysiology (IFCN) and the AANEM Foundation for Research and Education are providing fellowship money for AANEM members/nonmembers in economically disadvantage regions to attend the AANEM annual meeting in San Antonio, TX October 16-19, 2013. The IFCN funds are being offered as part of the IFCN’s mission to improve its international exchange and training sponsorship for your country. The AANEM funds are offered as part of the AANEM Foundation’s educational mission.
Cash fellowships of $1,000 will be awarded to each candidate accepted. The AANEM will also waive the annual meeting registration fee and provide some other educational assistance for the meeting. The number of awards is limited.
Physicians who have submitted an abstract to present at the 2013 AANEM meeting will be given priority for these fellowships. Abstract submission information for the 2013 meeting is available online at:
http://aanem.org/Meeting.aspx.
The deadline for abstract submission is March 1, 2013.
In order to receive the funds, the AANEM is requesting a letter stating:
• your background in detail
• the reasons for your interest in the AANEM annual meeting
• why you feel you deserve the award
Physicians that have received fellowship awards in previous years are welcome to apply; however, priority will be given to those physicians who have not previously been awarded funds.
Recipients of both awards will be notified by June 1, 2013, and funds will be distributed at the AANEM annual meeting in San Antonio, TX.
If you are interested please e-mail the requested information back to the AANEM as soon as possible but no later than March 1, 2013. If you have any questions, please contact Serena at AANEM at
